Our classes cater to yoga students at a variety of levels from beginner to advanced. If you are starting a yoga practice or are looking for a slower practice, we recommend starting with the following classes to help you build a strong foundation:

BUTI YOGA (no heat) Dance + Yoga. Tribal dance meets power yoga. Buti, in Indian Marathi, means "the cure to something hidden or kept secret." This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format.
BEATS & BOWLS (no heat) Beats & Bowls is a 75 minute class combining an ENERGIZING and STRONG vinyasa flow set to some cool Bhakti music and yoga dub. Feel your spirit soar as we move and breathe through our high vibe, continuously moving flow together and then unwind to the sound of chakra tuned singing bowls.
COMPASSIONATE FLOW (heated) A vinyasa based class focusing on releasing stagnant energy through heart and hip opening postures. This class features creative sequencing and you will leave feeling powerful and connected to your body!
DEVOTIONAL FLOW (heated) A class focused on balancing body, mind and spirit through pranayama, asana (slow flow vinyasa) and closing with a spoken word offering or guided meditation.
FREESTYLE FLOW (heated) This class integrates breath, movement, strength, flexibility and balance in a flow that is inspiring, fun and intelligently sequenced.
GROUND & GROW (heated) This class is a full spectrum practice encompassing pranayama, meditation and a vinyasa style yoga practice. It is the perfect start to your Sunday morning!
HAPPY HOUR (heated) Our Friday night happy hour class! This class is an upbeat vinyasa practice designed to energize you! Happy vibes! Great Music! Fun Flow!
LET GO & FLOW (heated) Great music and a funky flow designed to connect you to your body and enable you to have fun and let go!
MELLOW MOMENTS (no heat) The Mellow Moments classes were designed with absolute beginners and seniors in mind. Detailed instruction and guidance is given to provide a safe and mindful practice. Mondays - Gentle Yoga. Wednesday - Chair Yoga. Friday - Gentle Yoga/Pilates.
MOVING MANDALA (heated) A fun favorite! This class is an energizing and strong Vinyasa which will take you on a 360 degree journey around your mat. Not recommended for complete beginners.
POWER UP & PEACE OUT (heated) This class combines the best of a yin and yang practice. We begin with a strong vinyasa based class before moving into a traditional yin practice of targeted stretches for the connective tissue and fascia.
PRENATAL YOGA (no heat) Taught by certified prenatal yoga instructors, this class is a safe space for moms to be to enjoy a yoga practice suitable for all trimesters. Prenatal yoga includes pranayama, meditation and safe asana practice designed to meet the needs of pregnant women. It is also a great way to connect with other moms to be.
SLOW BURN (heated) Slow Burn is loosely based on the Hot 26 series of postures and incorporates opening sun salutations and a sequence of postures designed to build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility and detoxify the body. Slow Burn is excellent for beginners and more advanced students will have the opportunity to refine postures and move deeper.
SLOW IS STRONG (heated) A slow, mindful vinyasa practice where postures are held for several breaths to allow deeper connection to body, breath and spirit. Great for beginners and for experienced students to refine their practice.
RENEW & RESTORE (no heat) Ease into a blend of restorative postures supported by props in order to soothe the nervous system and enter into deep relaxation. Each class will include a blend of relaxation exercises and restorative yoga - it is a deeply relaxing experience!
YIN & MYOFASCIAL RELEASE (no heat) A traditional yin practice targeting the connective tissue and fascia of the body. Postures are held for several minutes to allow for a deep release of the body and mind. This class includes self myofascial release with small balls.
